return policy

We trust that you will be delighted with your product/s, however in the unlikely event that you may need to return your item/s we have tried to make the process as straightforward as possible. Our terms do not affect your legal rights and a summary of your legal rights, in relation to the products, is set out at the end of this page.

If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price of the product. Freight and tax charges that may result from your return will not be covered.

Please note, exempting any warranty cases, box sets containing several items may only be returned for a refund as a whole, i.e, if seeking a refund for a set all of the original items included must be returned.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process from the date that the watch is received.

If you want to get rid of an old watch, or its battery, you must return it to a place specially designed for recycling of electrical and electronic waste or to a dealer when purchasing a new watch.  d & a is at your disposal for further information on this subject.
